Mike Zobrist is a Managing Director for Newmark Retail, specializing in providing shopping center sales and leasing, retail development and landlord and tenant representation services throughout the Las Vegas valley. With 20 years of experience and numerous national relationships, he has been involved in more than 850 sale and lease transactions valued in excess of $755 million. Mike joined Newmark Retail in 2007 to provide strategic real estate consulting services to national and local owners and users, including regional family businesses, entrepreneurs and notable national credit tenants. His role includes leading local efforts for retail sales, augmented by his collaboration with Newmark’s West Coast Capital Markets team and growing industry relationships. A Las Vegas native, Mike offers strategic insight into the greater Las Vegas commercial real estate market and provides critical assessments that facilitate his clients’ ability to achieve their asset objectives.
Lauren Tabeek, CCIM, serves as a Managing Director in Newmark’s Las Vegas office, where she specializes in retail brokerage services, including landlord and tenant representation, leasing, owner-user sales, investment sales, property valuation and financial analysis, site selection, and contract negotiations. Lauren joined Newmark in 2019, teaming with Managing Director Michael Zobrist to provide strategic real estate services to national, regional and local clients in the Southern Nevada market. Lauren’s 18-year commercial real estate career includes serving as Director of Retail at Cushman & Wakefield; Senior Associate of Retail with Voit Real Estate Services; and Senior Advisor in Retail with NAI Global of Las Vegas. She also worked for five years at Grubb & Ellis, now a part of Newmark, as part of a top-producing retail team.
Scott joined Newmark in 2008 as Marketing Coordinator for the retail group and in 2019 was promoted to Brokerage Services Specialist. His primary responsibilities include the production and distribution of marketing materials for the retail team. Prior to joining Newmark, Scott worked for Century 21 where he provided sales support for seven real estate agents. As marketing coordinator, he lead a bulk mail advertising unit, designed advertisements for local and regional magazines, developed his team’s website and provided customer service.
